MishMoney app Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MishMoney mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using MishMoney, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
MishMoney is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
This requirement applies to all users, including Creators.
By registering for or using MishMoney, you represent and confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
- your use of MishMoney is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
If MishMoney becomes aware that a person under the age of 18 is using the Service, the relevant account may be suspended or terminated.
2. Role of MishMoney
MishMoney is a technology platform that facilitates connections between users.
The platform enables users to discover and interact with other users, exchange private messages, and participate in paid one-to-one video calls.
MishMoney provides the platform and related technical, payment, and settlement infrastructure.
MishMoney does not itself provide the content, communication, or activity offered by a Creator during a video call.
Creators independently determine their own per-minute rates and are responsible for their own conduct and the content or activities they provide through the platform.
Creators are responsible for:
- their conduct during video calls;
- statements and communications made to other users;
- content or activities they provide during calls;
- information included on their profiles;
- profile photographs and gallery images;
- ensuring that they have the necessary rights to upload and use their content; and
- ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
Use of MishMoney does not, by itself, create an employment relationship between MishMoney and a Creator.
MishMoney charges an applicable 33% platform fee for providing access to and operating the platform and its associated infrastructure.
3. Creator Taxes and Legal Responsibilities
Each Creator is responsible for determining and complying with the tax, reporting, registration, licensing, social contribution, and other legal obligations applicable to the income they earn through their use of MishMoney.
Creators are responsible for declaring and paying taxes and other applicable charges relating to their own earnings in their country or jurisdiction.
MishMoney does not assume a Creator's individual tax obligations and does not provide personalized tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Each user remains responsible for their own conduct and for ensuring that their activities on MishMoney comply with applicable laws.
Confirmed unlawful activity or content may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of an account.
Where appropriate and legally permitted or required, MishMoney may cooperate with competent law enforcement, regulatory, judicial, or other governmental authorities.
Users remain responsible for the legal consequences of their own unlawful activities.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must use MishMoney lawfully and responsibly.
Users must not use MishMoney for fraud, deception, threats, harassment, violence, exploitation, impersonation, unauthorized disclosure of another person's personal information, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any other unlawful activity.
Content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.
Any sexual activity or content involving a person under 18 is strictly prohibited.
Public Profiles and Galleries
Sexually explicit or pornographic content and nudity are prohibited on publicly visible areas of MishMoney, including:
- profile pictures;
- gallery images;
- biographies; and
- other publicly visible profile content.
Private Communication Between Adults
MishMoney does not automatically prohibit private communications between consenting users aged 18 or older solely because such communications may be adult-oriented or sexual in nature.
However, all private communications must remain lawful and consensual and must comply with these Terms.
Non-consensual sexual conduct, coercion, exploitation, harassment, illegal sexual content, and any sexual content or activity involving minors are strictly prohibited.
Depending on the seriousness of a violation, MishMoney may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend an account, or permanently terminate an account.
5. User Content
Users retain their rights in the photographs, biographies, profile information, and other content they submit to MishMoney.
By uploading or submitting content, the user grants MishMoney a limited permission to host, store, technically process, transmit, and display that content to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Service.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the user's content to MishMoney.
Users represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use the content they submit.
Users must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
6. Payments, Charges, Platform Fees and Creator Payouts
Creator Rates
Creators independently determine their own per-minute rates.
Before initiating a paid call, the calling user is shown the applicable rate.
10-Minute Payment Authorization
Before a paid video call begins, MishMoney may request authorization through its payment infrastructure for an amount corresponding to up to 10 minutes of calling time at the Creator's current rate.
This authorization does not necessarily mean that the entire authorized amount will ultimately be charged.
Final Call Charge
After a call ends, the amount payable is calculated according to the applicable billable call duration and rate.
Only the applicable final amount is captured or charged according to the Service's billing rules.
Any unused portion of a payment authorization is not intended to be permanently charged. However, the time required for a pending authorization to disappear or be released may depend on the user's bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment service provider.
Platform Fee
MishMoney is entitled to a 33% platform fee in connection with successfully settled paid calls for providing and operating the platform and related infrastructure.
The remaining amount is allocated to the Creator subject to applicable payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, adjustments, or other applicable deductions.
Stripe and Stripe Connect
Payment processing is provided through Stripe.
Creator payment functionality is facilitated through Stripe Connect.
The portion allocated to the Creator is routed through Stripe Connect to the Creator's connected Stripe account. The Creator's share is not received into or held in MishMoney's bank account on behalf of the Creator.
MishMoney receives the applicable platform fee in accordance with the platform's payment structure.
Creators are responsible for maintaining the information and payment account necessary to receive their payouts.
Refunds and Payment Disputes
A successfully completed and correctly billed video call is generally considered final.
Subjective dissatisfaction with a conversation, a Creator's opinions, personality, communication style, or the content of a completed call does not by itself automatically entitle a user to a refund.
Users may contact MishMoney support in cases involving suspected incorrect billing, unauthorized transactions, technical failures, or other objectively identifiable payment problems.
MishMoney may review available technical and transaction records, including call status, timestamps, call duration, billed duration, and payment records.
Because MishMoney does not record the audio or video content of private calls, MishMoney may not be able to independently determine what was said or occurred during a private call.
Refunds and other payment remedies will be handled based on the circumstances of the case and applicable law.
Fraudulent payment disputes, deliberately false claims, or abuse of chargeback procedures may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, payment, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Creator Status and Stripe Connect
A user may be required to successfully connect and maintain an eligible Stripe Connect account before receiving paid calls or Creator payouts through MishMoney.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that information provided to Stripe is accurate, complete, and current.
Stripe may impose identity verification, business verification, financial, compliance, or other requirements independently of MishMoney.
MishMoney does not control Stripe's approval or continued availability of a connected account.
If Stripe restricts, suspends, or terminates a Creator's ability to receive payments or payouts, the Creator's ability to receive paid calls or earnings through MishMoney may also be affected.
A Creator's use of MishMoney does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with MishMoney solely by virtue of using the platform.
8. User Accounts and Account Security
Users must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining their accounts.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users must not sell, transfer, or improperly provide their MishMoney account to another person.
Users must not access or use another person's account without authorization.
Users should notify MishMoney promptly if they believe their account has been accessed or used without authorization.
MishMoney may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in cases involving fraud, false information, security threats, violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens other users or the platform.
9. Ratings, Reviews and Reports
MishMoney may allow users to rate Creators following interactions or calls.
Ratings should reflect genuine user experiences.
Users must not manipulate ratings, create false ratings, coordinate artificial ratings, use multiple accounts to influence ratings, or otherwise attempt to improperly manipulate the rating system.
Users may report other users for suspected violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or safety concerns.
Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may themselves constitute a violation of these Terms.
MishMoney may investigate reports and, where appropriate, remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
MishMoney may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, protect the platform, or comply with applicable law.
Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior warning, including where there is evidence of:
- unlawful activity;
- fraud or payment abuse;
- serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
- prohibited content;
- exploitation or threats;
- conduct presenting a safety risk to other users or the platform.
For less serious violations, MishMoney may use warnings or temporary restrictions where appropriate.
Users may also delete their own MishMoney accounts using the available account deletion functionality.
Termination of an account does not automatically cancel payment, settlement, tax, legal, or other obligations that arose before termination.
11. Third-Party Services and Service Availability
MishMoney relies on third-party providers to operate important parts of the Service.
These may include services provided by Stripe, Firebase, Agora, Resend, Számlázz.hu, and other infrastructure or technology providers.
Availability of certain MishMoney features may therefore depend on systems that are not entirely under MishMoney's control.
MishMoney does not guarantee that the Service, video calls, private messaging, payment processing, notifications, or other functionality will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
This section does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. User-to-User Interactions and Limitation of Responsibility
MishMoney provides a platform through which independent users can interact.
MishMoney is not responsible for the statements, promises, opinions, conduct, content, or activities of users or Creators merely because those interactions occur through the platform.
MishMoney does not guarantee that a user will be satisfied with a particular Creator or video call.
Users should exercise appropriate judgment when interacting with other users.
Creators remain responsible for their own activities and for any tax, licensing, registration, professional, or other obligations applicable to those activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility of MishMoney that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Recording, Screenshots and User Privacy
Protecting the privacy of MishMoney users is an important condition of using the Service.
Unless the affected user has expressly consented, users must not make photographs, screenshots, screen recordings, audio recordings, or video recordings of another user or that user's private communications through MishMoney.
This prohibition applies particularly to:
- private video calls;
- private chat conversations;
- user profiles;
- profile photographs;
- gallery images; and
- personal information belonging to another user.
Users must not, without appropriate authorization, copy, save, publish, distribute, transmit, disclose, reproduce, or otherwise use another user's private communications, personal information, photographs, recordings, or other protected content.
Exceptions apply where an action is expressly permitted or required by applicable law.
Serious violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination and may expose the responsible user to legal consequences under applicable law.
14. MishMoney Intellectual Property
The MishMoney application and MishMoney-owned elements of the Service, including the MishMoney name, branding, logos, interface designs, graphics, software, text, and other proprietary materials, are owned by MishMoney or the applicable rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Using MishMoney does not transfer ownership of these materials to users.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or use MishMoney intellectual property without appropriate authorization.
Users must not falsely represent themselves as acting on behalf of, being employed by, or being officially affiliated with MishMoney.
This section does not transfer ownership of user-generated content to MishMoney. User content remains subject to Section 5.
15. Changes to These Terms
MishMoney may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, its business model, applicable laws, or other relevant circumstances.
The current version of these Terms will display its Last Updated date.
Where changes are material, MishMoney intends to provide notice through the application or another appropriate method.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to users under the laws of their country of residence and that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Users are encouraged to contact MishMoney first regarding complaints or disputes so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right to seek remedies before a competent authority or court where such rights cannot legally be restricted.

MishMoney may send important service-related communications through the email address associated with a user's account, push notifications, or notices within the application.
18. Creator-Provided Content and Services
MishMoney facilitates connections between users and Creators but does not itself provide the content, communication, or activity offered by a Creator during a private video call.
The Creator is responsible for what they say, display, communicate, provide, or agree to during their interactions with other users.
MishMoney does not guarantee the nature, quality, suitability, accuracy, or outcome of a Creator's communication or activity, nor does MishMoney guarantee that a particular interaction will meet a user's personal expectations.
The Creator independently determines their applicable per-minute rate and remains responsible for their own activities and applicable legal and tax obligations.
MishMoney provides the platform and related infrastructure and receives the applicable 33% platform fee in accordance with these Terms.
